Hands On Care
Volunteers help collect, sort, launder, and organize donated baby clothes and essential items, carefully preparing every Gently Hugged care bundle.
This hands on work is at the heart of our mission, helping ensure every item is clean, thoughtfully prepared, and ready to support babies and families in need.
Build Lasting Impact
As Gently Hugged continues to grow, we are looking for volunteers who can share their professional skills and leadership experience behind the scenes.
These roles help strengthen our organization, improve day-to-day operations, and expand our ability to serve more babies and families across San Diego County.
We are currently seeking individuals with experience or interest in:
- Finance and accounting
- Systems and operations
- Tools like Google Workspace and data organization
- Process improvement and workflow support
- Organizational planning and coordination
